An instrumental version of Sleep Tokens most recent album, the groundbreaking “Even In Arcadia,” has been released, as per theprp. The band has referred to the album’s non-Vessel-fronted version as “another path of worship.”It is currently available for download, and a vinyl release is planned for August 7. For the latter, sleep-token.com offers pre-orders. “Even In Arcadia” reached gold status in the United States this past January, and in the band’s home country of the United Kingdom this past December.

The band signed with Basick Records and released a follow-up EP, “Two”, the following year after self-releasing their debut EP, One, in 2016. After signing with Spinefarm Records, the group’s first full-length album (LP), “Sundowning”, was published in 2019. “This Place Will Become Your Tomb” was released in 2021. 2023 saw the publication of a third album, “Take Me Back to Eden”. “Even in Arcadia”, their fourth album, was published by RCA Records in 2025. September 2016 saw the publication of their first song, “Thread the Needle,” which was later discovered to be a part of their December self-released debut EP “One”. Two more songs and different piano arrangements of all three tracks were included in the EP.

They posted a rendition of Outkast‘s “Hey Ya!” to YouTube on February 28, 2017. It was revealed in May 2017 that Sleep Token would release their second EP, “Two”, in July after signing with independent label Basick Records. The group released two new singles, “Calcutta” in May and “Nazareth” in June, prior to the EP’s release. In 2017, Sleep Token started doing live performances in addition to producing music to promote bigger bands. In October, they supported Norwegian band Motorpsycho at O2 Academy Islington, and in November, they supported French synthwave musician Perturbator at Student Central.

Sleep Token prioritised live performances over music releases in 2018. That year, only two stand-alone singles were released: “The Way That You Were” in October and “Jaws” in June. Later, for Record Store Day in 2021, both singles were released together on 10″ vinyl. Sleep Token received a nomination for “Best New Artist” at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards in March.
