The Jackson Pro Plus Series Signature Sleep Token IV Monarkh SC and Charvel Sleep Token III Signature Pro-Mod San Dimas Bass V represent Fender Musical Instruments Corporation’s (FMIC) first-ever signature partnership with the widely recognised phenomenon Sleep Token, as per Blabbermouth. These models, which are made to the precise specifications of Sleep Token’s guitarist and bassist, are intended to reveal the band’s devastating tonal identity and capture their genre-defying and enigmatic sound. Each instrument is designed to defy expectations and shatter the mould, providing musicians with a limitless number of tonal choices.

Sleep Token redefines what heavy music may sound like with its distinctive sound, quickly expanding worldwide fan base, and platinum songs like “The Summoning.” By combining djent-weighted riffs, majestic pop atmospheres, and eerie R&B textures into a sound that feels both intimate and massive, the band defies genre conventions. In two new trademark models created in close collaboration with the band, Jackson and Charvel express that same spirit of pushing boundaries.

SLEEP TOKEN’s sonic and visual identity is so distinctive, and the Jacksonand Charvel signature models are a huge part of shaping that sound. These instruments let players tap directly into that tone: the Jackson features a whole-octave-down tuning paired with an EverTune 6 bridge for rock-solid stability in that low register, while the Charvel is a five-string bass built with custom Fishmanpickups for added clarity and punch in the mix. We’re always looking for artists who redefine what a signature instrument can be, and SLEEP TOKENdoes exactly that. – Justin Norvell, chief product officer, Fender Guitars

The band signed with Basick Records and released a follow-up EP, “Two”, the following year after self-releasing their debut EP, One, in 2016. After signing with Spinefarm Records, the group’s first full-length album (LP), “Sundowning”, was published in 2019. “This Place Will Become Your Tomb” was released in 2021. 2023 saw the publication of a third album, “Take Me Back to Eden”. “Even in Arcadia”, their fourth album, was published by RCA Records in 2025. September 2016 saw the publication of their first song, “Thread the Needle,” which was later discovered to be a part of their December self-released debut EP “One”. Two more songs and different piano arrangements of all three tracks were included in the EP.

They posted a rendition of Outkast‘s “Hey Ya!” to YouTube on February 28, 2017. It was revealed in May 2017 that Sleep Token would release their second EP, “Two”, in July after signing with independent label Basick Records. The group released two new singles, “Calcutta” in May and “Nazareth” in June, prior to the EP’s release. In 2017, Sleep Token started doing live performances in addition to producing music to promote bigger bands. In October, they supported Norwegian band Motorpsycho at O2 Academy Islington, and in November, they supported French synthwave musician Perturbator at Student Central.
