Anders Colsefni, former vocalist of Slipknot, has digitally re-released a re-recorded version of the original Slipknot demo album “Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat.” This project comes after his Australian/New Zealand tour last year celebrating the album’s legacy.
The re-recorded album features contributions from Kiwi nu-metal collective Kaosis, who served as Colsefni’s backing band during the tour. The digital release of this updated version is set for tomorrow, Friday, March 15th. Commenting on the release, Colsefni stated:
“This record is dedicated to Joey and Paul, my eternal brothers. This project completes their legacy for the original Crowz. This important part of their heritage can now be heard by the Maggot generation of the ‘Knot family. I miss them both deeply every day and I hope that this tribute to them honors their memory and our ever-lasting friendship. Long live the ‘Knot.”
