YouTuber Ben Eller performed with Mastodon at their show for “Tool Live In The Sand”

For their performance on Sunday, March 9th at “Tool Live In The Sand,” a destination festival staged at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Royalton Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Mastodon enlisted YouTuber and session musician Ben Eller to replace founding guitarist Brent Hinds. Eller, a well-known bassist and guitarist from Tennessee, has become well-known for his amazing skills on his “This Is Why You Suck At Guitar” guitar instruction series.
