Sleep Theory return with new single “Giving In” and official music video

Author Staff - 30.10.2026

Memphis rock outfit Sleep Theory have returned with “Giving In”, a new single accompanied by an official music video. Released on October 29, the track is the band’s first new original song since their 2025 debut album “Afterglow”.

The song deals with addiction and the difficulty of escaping destructive patterns. Directed by Lewis Cater, the video follows frontman Cullen Moore as he repeatedly digs a grave, confronts another version of himself and buries it, only to find himself pulled back into the same cycle.

Sleep Theory previously issued their covers EP “(E)motional (S)upport (C)are (P)ackage” earlier in 2026, featuring interpretations of songs associated with artists including Paramore, *NSYNC and Taylor Swift. “Giving In”, however, marks their first entirely new original release of the year.

The band’s debut “Afterglow” arrived through Epitaph Records in May 2025. Sleep Theory are due to join Papa Roach on the UK and European leg of their tour beginning November 1. The band maintains its current concert dates online.
