The cryptocurrency world is constantly growing as new technology spreads and different currencies enter the market. One of the currencies that has gained attention in the music world is NFTs, or non-fungible tokens. This is a blockchain-based way of identifying virtual objects that can be attributed to a specific person.

Now the prince of darkness, Ozzy Osbourne, has decided to jump on the growing NFT bandwagon. The singer has unveiled his own Cryptobatz collection of 9,666 unique tokens. The collection will be released in January.

Pre-purchases can be made on the official Cryptobatz Discord channel, where you can also chat with other Ozzy fanatics and Cryptobatz buyers.

“I’ve been trying to get in on the NFT action for a while so when I asked Sharon for a Bored Ape for Christmas after several failed attempts of buying my own, and she said no, I decided to create my own. CryptoBatz is a fucking mental project for NFT collectors and fans. The design pays tribute to one of my most iconic onstage moments and is a chance to acquire a rare piece of art history. I love it!”, Ozzy tells the Rolling Stone magazine.
