Ozzy Osbourne has finished his new album

Heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne has announced that work has been completed on his thirteenth studio album. In an update newly shared on social media, Osbourne offered:

I’m so happy to let everyone know that I finished my new album this week and delivered it to my label Epic Records. I’ll be sharing all the information about the album and its’ upcoming release with you in the next several weeks.

That outing reunites Osbourne with producer Andrew Watt (Post Malone, Miley Cyrus), with him whom he previously worked with on 2020’s “Ordinary Man“. In addition to playing by Watt, that album will also feature a cavalcade of guest musicians, including studio performances by Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo and Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan.

Appearing elsewhere on the album will be Osbourne‘s ex-Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi and frequent Ozzy collaborator Zakk Wylde. Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Queens Of The Stone Age‘s Josh Homme and Pearl Jam‘s Mike McCready have also tracked cameos for that opus.
