The Osbourne family recently revealed that “Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back To The Beginning” will have its official world debut on Wednesday, October 14 at The Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, complete with a purple carpet gala, as per Blabbermouth. The family-hosted showing has a limited number of tickets available here, with 50% of each ticket sold going to charity that support the homeless in Los Angeles. The official trailer for the worldwide film release of “Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back To The Beginning” was just released by Trafalgar Releasing. The film is created by Mercury Studios, the top music-focused video studio in the world. Take a look at it below. Ozzy Osbourne‘s triumphant final live performance with the original Black Sabbath lineup – Ozzy (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), Geezer Butler (bass), and Bill Ward (drums) – is unquestionably captured in the movie.

A monumental moment in heavy metal history is heading to the big screen with the global theatrical event release of Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back To The Beginning, launching in cinemas worldwide on October 28, 2026. The feature documentary captures Ozzy Osbourne‘s triumphant farewell performance in his hometown of Birmingham at Villa Park stadium on July 5, 2025—a landmark concert filmed just 17 days before the iconic vocalist’s untimely passing. Beyond Osbourne‘s solo headlining set, the film chronicles a historic reunion of Black Sabbath‘s original lineup, who shared the stage together for the first time in over two decades. Back To The Beginning serves as a definitive tribute to the band’s enduring legacy, featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes footage alongside personal reflections from prominent musicians influenced by their sound.

‘Back To The Beginning’ came about because I asked Ozzy what would really make him happy, and he said the only thing that would make him happy was if he could perform again and say goodbye to his fans. That’s all he wanted to do. He wanted to say goodbye and thank you. – Sharon Osbourne
