The legendary Helldone Festival is back

Surprising news from Finland’s capital Helsinki: Although known as the “HIM festival”, the Helldone Festival, with which the now disbanded band around frontman Ville Valo used to welcome the new year in their home town, is returning.

The Helldone Festival originally ceased to exit at the same time as HIM disbanded, at the turn of the year 2017/2018. Ville Valo, currently active as a solo artist under the moniker VV, will headline the relaunched Helldone Festival on 31 December 2023 at “Tavastia”, with the London duo Zetra as special guest. Advance ticket sales begin on 15 September 2023 at 12:00 PM Finnish time via tiketti.fi.
