On May 17, at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, California, The Armed had a very unique set in store for those who caught them, as per theprp. The Armed featured alternative metal icon Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, etc.) on vocals for multiple tracks to round off their stint opening for Poison The Well and Converge. Last night, Patton wasn’t the only notable visitor to The Armed‘s stage. Ben Koller, the drummer for Converge, and Kurt Ballou, the guitarist, both performed a rendition of Converge‘s “Homewrecker.” Koller also played drums on the studio version of “Fortune’s Daughter.”
