Summer Breeze Open Air is stepping up its game: with today’s announcement of 33 more bands, the line-up for 2026 is taking shape. Fans of heavy music can look forward to an explosive mix of international stars, scene favourites and promising newcomers.

With this wave of bands, Summer Breeze once again underlines its reputation as one of the most diverse and passionately curated festivals on the metal and rock scene in Europe. From uncompromising extreme metal and modern metalcore to classic heavy metal and atmospheric soundscapes, there is something for every genre of hard music.
