Static-X shares new song “Z0mbie”

Author Hernan Osuna - 6.10.2023

Industrial metal vets Static-X have shared a new song called “Z0mbie“, another preview from their upcoming 2024 full-length, “Project Regeneration: Vol. 2”. The LP contains the final recordings from the band’s late frontman-guitarist, Wayne Static, who passed away in 2014.

“Project Regeneration: Vol. 2” was produced by Static-X frontman Xer0 and mixed and mastered by long-time collaborator Ulrich Wild. The video for “Z0mbie” was animated by Makinita Silva and directed by the group’s creative director Edsel Dope.

As with all the songs on “Project Regeneration”, the rest of the band comprises the Wisconsin Death Trip-era line-up – Tony Campos, Koichi Fukuda and Ken Jay.

The album is available for pre-order here. Static-X, Sevendust, Dope, and Lines Of Loyalty are embarking on a tour starting on October 6. Tickets are on sale here.
