Sanhedrin releases new single “Let’s Spill Some Blood”

New York heavy metal trio Sanhedrin have released a new single and music video for the track “Let’s Spill Some Blood”. The song is feature on the band’s upcoming album “Heat Lightning”, which will be released on March 14th 2025 via Metal Blade Records.

“The lyrics of ‘Let’s Spill Some Blood’ reflect how fortunate the human race is that most people seek justice as opposed to revenge. There are many dark forces in the corridors of power pretending to be forces for good, and this song calls them out for what they are and urges the listener to stand up and fight for what’s right.” Singer-bassist Erica Stoltz explains the lyrics of the song.

“Heat Lightning” was recorded at the legendary Utopia Bearsville studio in Woodstock, New York. The album was produced by Matt Brown (Life Of Agony, A Pale Horse Named Death) and Jerry Farley (Sick Of It All, Madball) with the band. The album cover was painted by Johan Prenger, a friend of the band.

Sanhedrin will perform at several events this spring and summer, including the Hell’s Heroes Festival in Houston and a European tour with Savage Master.
