No Gravefest in 2024 as the rock festival in Stockholm will take “one year off”

The rock festival Gravefest in Sweden’s capital Stockholm will not take place next year, as the organisers announce in a short statement:

“Dear Gravediggers, Due to structural maintenance we’ve heavy heartedly decided to take one year off from Gravefest. This means that Gravefest will not take place in 2024, we will be back in 2025. Thank you for understanding. We will see each other again, we love you all. – Sincerely the Gravefest Crew”

Gravefest took place for the third time this year and had to deal with a number of challenges. Amongst other things, the headliner of Gravefest 2023, Mister Misery, dropped out two weeks before the festival took place, due to frontman Harley Vendetta facing a “severe illness” which even resulted in a hospitalisation.
