Finnish rock trio Lucy Frantic has unveiled their latest single “Let It Burn” on April 4th, building momentum for their upcoming debut album “Buckwheat Swamp.” Hailing from the Uusimaa region, the band has been steadily establishing their presence in the rock scene since their formation in 2018.

Lucy Frantic‘s artistic journey began with notable success when their debut single “Endless Greed” and its accompanying animated video captured international attention, winning the prestigious IMVA award in London in 2021. This early recognition has set high expectations for their first full-length release.

“Buckwheat Swamp,” scheduled for release on April 18th, features eight tracks that showcase the band’s emotional depth and creative vision. Their newest single “Let It Burn” opens the album’s B-side with over four minutes of compelling music that balances an underlying sense of danger with rich psychedelic textures. The track’s captivating melody occasionally invites listeners to join in, creating an immersive musical experience that hints at the diverse soundscape awaiting fans on the complete album.

The band also released the album cover art, created by Petri Ihanus.
