Kelly Osbourne reported that her life underwent a significant transformation the day after she made a wish at her father’s grave, as per loudwire. In an interview with The Sun, she discussed the profound impact of her father’s death on her mental and physical well-being, particularly noting her weight loss due to nausea when eating. Although she was unaware of the precise amount of weight she had lost, she recognized her deteriorating health and visited her father’s grave to seek assistance.

I know this sounds woo-woo, but I do candle magic a lot… My dad told me he would send me messages. It felt like everything inside me was dead and I didn’t want my son to see me like this.

According to the Enlightened Candles website, candle magic involves utilizing fire to manifest intentions and facilitate personal development.

I went to my dad’s grave with a white candle and I wrote a wish on it saying, ‘Please help me.’ The next day, my mom showed up in a black Mercedes with a man in a mustard-colored jacket.

Kelly revealed that she initially believed Sharon would take her to rehabilitation, but instead encountered a therapist and life coach named Chris Miller, who was wearing a mustard-colored jacket. She credited Miller with transforming her life, as he introduced her to falconry and motivated her to pursue other interests.

No one knows what people are dealing with in private. I was just sad. I don’t wish that pain on anyone ever. And to do that in front of everyone just sucked.

According to Kelly, the only cosmetic procedure she has had is botox in her jaw and between her eyebrows to deal with persistent migraines. Kelly revealed that she has gained roughly 28 pounds since the start of 2026 in addition to feeling psychologically better since Ozzy‘s passing and her breakup with Sid Wilson. Additionally, she views her loss “as an honor” since it demonstrates how much she cherished her father.
