Reactions to Jack Osbourne’s recent visit to the White House have been conflicting, as per theprp. On June 14, Jack shared on social media that he and his wife Aree attended “UFC Freedom 250,” the first-ever UFC event to take place on White House property. Jack called that invitation-only gathering the “Ultimate Date Night.” Given that it was held in conjunction with Trump’s 80th birthday yesterday, that collection of mixed martial arts bouts has been extremely politicised in recent months. Additionally, “UFC Freedom 250” was marketed as a patriotic commemoration of America’s impending 250th anniversary. Some, however, have criticised it as a PR gimmick for the long-standing friendship between UFC president/CEO Dana White and current US President Donald J. Trump.

Many commenters on Jack’s post below claimed that it went against his father’s anti-war stance, citing the lyrics to Black Sabbath‘s 1970 anti-war protest anthem “War Pigs” as justification for their criticism, in addition to criticising him for placing himself in the orbit of the current U.S. Administration. Because of his remarks earlier this spring, Jack was criticised by others. When TMZ asked Jack and Sharon if they were overtly political while they were on Capitol Hill with his mother, Jack responded as follows.

I think celebrities just need to keep their mouths shut. Make entertainment, entertain the people, and shut the f*ck up.

Given that Sharon had openly endorsed a gathering by far-right activist Tommy Robinson earlier this year, Jack’s remarks were criticised in and of themselves. Ozzy had previously criticised President Trump. Nevertheless, the Osbournes disclosed that Trump personally left a voicemail expressing his condolences upon Ozzy’s death on July 22, 2025, despite the adored heavy metal pioneer expressing his worries.
