Ithaca shares “Fluorescent” video, announces US tour

Author Hernan Osuna - 2.6.2023

London-based post-metalcore band Ithaca will hit the US for the first time on the “Y’all Fear Us” tour. The 12-date trek will see the group debut at Louder Than Life festival before completing dates on the East Coast, Southwest and West Coast. Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday.

The band will be performing shows in Brooklyn, DC, Atlanta, Austin, LA, Dallas and more.

In addition to the tour, The British outfit has shared a music video for “Fluorescent” from their last album, 2022’s “They Fear Us”. The clip features a guest appearance from comedian Ed Gamble.

Ithaca states: “Fluorescent’ is the song on the album that comes from the deepest well of pain and raw sadness, but is one of the easiest to listen to. To reflect that, we made a video referencing pop singers of the 70s, who masked their trauma in the softest focus. A huge thank you to our guest MC, Ed Gamble, who’s generously supported this band and what we stand for for years.”
