“OSLO! We’re taking over Oslo in October, and now we’re looking for the right support band to kick off the evening with us! Do you know of a band that would be a good fit with us? Or are you in one yourself? […] send us a DM with a link to the music. All tips are greatly appreciated. Feel free to share the post, and we’ll see you this autumn!”

Hailing from Bodø, the second-biggest city in Northern Norway, Iskald are currently preparing for the release of their sixth studio album, out on 25 September 2026 via Dusktone:

“The coming album is our most ambitious and fully realized work to date — a concept album forged in isolation, doubt, endurance, and fire. This record is not a collection of songs, but a descent. A confrontation with the fractures within, the manifestation of madness, and the crushing weight of hope itself. Across four chapters and eight acts the listener walks through inner realms of darkness, faces the beast behind the eyes, and stands before the final sacrifice. The battles here are not fought with steel, but within the mind — where despair and hope move hand in hand, and survival demands meaning. Eight years have passed. We have sharpened our sound, deepened our vision, and returned stronger than ever. This is our most focused, most relentless, and most atmospheric creation yet. The curse never faded. It only grew stronger.”
