After officially leaving the Swedish street metallers Hardcore Superstar in February 2024, drummer Magnus “Adde” Andreasson has now joined the Swedish hard rock band Eclipse. He replaces drummer Philip Crusner, who, according to a statement from Eclipse, “has decided to step down from touring for the foreseeable future”:
“Due to the cause and effect of life, our beloved logistics major, stage production architect, chief financial officer and drummer Philip has decided to step down from touring for the foreseeable future as he’s focusing on resolving private matters. We’ve scoured the Nordic countries looking for a fitting replacement, from the dimly lit rehearsal bunkers in northern Finland to the smoke filled karaoke bars of Copenhagen. However, not to upset the dialectal imbalance in the band we once again found our man in Gothenburg. There are many of us that have missed his chops and seeing his grin on stage these past few years, we hope you’ll be as excited as us hearing him bang the big drum! We’re happy to announce that we’re welcoming Adde Moon (Ex Hardcore Superstar)!”

Magnus “Adde” Andreasson comments on joining the band:
“I’ve always been a big fan of the band and I will do my best to fill in for the mighty Philip Crusner while he’s away. Super excited about this!!! Let’s RAWK”
