For the band and his loved ones, as well as the group’s fan base, the sudden death of former My Chemical Romance drummer Bob Bryar has been difficult. After being last seen on November 4th, Bryar was discovered dead at his Tennessee home on November 26th. According to responding officials, Bryar was discovered in a very decomposed state and there was no suspicion of foul play. Additionally, two of his pets were removed from the house by the police, according to the police report. In the years after his departure, Bryar’s feud with his former bandmates played out fairly notoriously online in the public light, thus he and the band didn’t exactly split ways amicably back in 2010. Additionally, Bryar was observed posting a lot of contentious things on social media, which caused a rift among the group’s followers. He was very candid about purposefully avoiding social interaction. Bryar addressed the issue to some extent in this long public statement that he issued almost a year ago, suggesting that he was aware of the repercussions of his conduct. Regarding Bryar’s passing, his former bandmates from My Chemical Romance released the following succinct statement on December 2nd.

Now, guitarist and singer Frank Iero has shared his feelings on Bob’s death and their complex relationship in a post on his own social media.
