Eye Am change the group’s name to SUN DONT SHINE
SUN DONT SHINE is the new name for Eye Am. Based on the band’s own Facebook profile and recently published press materials, it seems that the absence of an apostrophe is intentional. Crowbar guitarist/vocalist Kirk Windstein, drummer/vocalist Johnny Kelly, guitarist/vocalist Kenny Hickey from Type O Negative, and bassist Todd Strange from Down have joined forces to form that supergroup.
I don’t want our music to be one-dimensional. I don’t want it to be just dark and doomy or always so heavy. I want it to be both light and dark, dynamic and unpredictable. Everything is gonna stay the same except the name. Kenny Hickey
