August 30th will see the release of thrown‘s new album, “Excessive Guilt,” via Arising Empire. The most recent single off of it, “Look At Me,” is now available for previewing. The Swedish nü-metalcore group, currently on a U.S. tour with Spite, Bodysnatcher, and Knosis, features Buster Odeholm of Vildhjarta and Humanity’s Last Breath.
