A number of rock and punk musicians have been announced for the Hollywood Walk of Fame, as per theprp. A long-term rehabilitation initiative was started in 2007 after the Walk deteriorated during its expansion. Each new honoree’s sponsor pays a fee to the Chamber, which is used to pay for both the Walk’s overall upkeep and the production and placement of their star.
