British rock icons Def Leppard have released the 18th and final episode of the “Behind The World Tour” YouTube series. This latest episode features footage from the final show of the group’s “The World Tour” with Mötley Crüe on November 14 in Melbourne, Australia.
In the eight-minute clip which you can watch below, vocalist Joe Elliott takes you inside his hotel for a glimpse of life on the road, and after 75 shows, the guys from Leppard say goodbye to the lads from Crüe.
Next year, Def Leppard will join forces with Journey for a North American tour in the summer of 2024. The 23-date trek will kick off on July 6 in St. Louis, Missouri, and hit cities including Orlando, Atlanta, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles and more before wrapping up in Denver on September 8. Support will come from Steve Miller Band, Heart and Cheap Trick, with the bill varying from city to city.
Commenting on the news, Def Leppard vocalist Joe Elliott expressed his excitement about the new tour: “Having just completed a sensational 18-month run promoting our Diamond Star Halos album, we shall hit the boards running with a brand-new stage show and set of songs that will celebrate specific parts of our history.
