David Lee Roth unveils new version of Van Halen’s “Jump”
American rock singer David Lee Roth has dropped a newly recorded version of Van Halen‘s beloved classic “Jump“. You can listen to the track below.
The vocalist recorded the track during a session in 2022 that also included new versions of other Van Halen classics.
The recording took place on May 3, 2022, at the Henson Recording Studio in Hollywood, California. The song features Al Estrada on guitar, Ryan Wheeler on bass and Francis Valentino on drums.
In addition to several Van Halen songs released in recent months, Roth unveiled “Nothing Could Have Stopped Us Back Then Anyway” earlier this year, featuring current Mötley Crüe guitarist John 5 on guitar.
