Cane you believe it? Ozzy’s gift to Matt Pinfield rocks

No, dear readers, I didn’t suddenly stop knowing the English language. The “cane” in the title is a pun, and a funny one, I might add (you can disagree, no hard feelings there!). But still, rock journalist and radio personality Matt Pinfield has been making significant progress in his recuperation since he suffered a catastrophic stroke in January. His recovery has been going well despite spending weeks in a coma; last week, he assisted with Green Day‘s induction into the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In a recently released Instagram post, Pinfield disclosed that Ozzy Osbourne was among the well-known musicians who contacted him following his health issues. The 76-year-old heavy metal legend, who has recently struggled with his own health, shocked Pinfield by giving him one of his specially engraved canes.
