Canadian pop radio station played Rage Against The Machine for 24 hours on loop

A Canadian radio station played Rage Against The Machine‘s “Killing In The Name” on a loop for more than 24 hours, in a protest for the firing of two morning show DJs, Sonia Sidhu and Kevin Lim.

Vancouver-based Kiss Radio 104.9 FM’s staff won’t do what you tell them, apparently, and just played the song on repeat – the famous chorus: “Fuck you! I won’t do what you tell me!”

Guitarist Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine was aware of the protest, and retweeted:
