Sometimes the drama and controversy hit certain artists and bands without any foreshadowing. Doc Coyle, guitarist for Bad Wolves, declared his formal departure from the group. Even though his decision to leave the band was handled peacefully, he nevertheless called it “bittersweet news” and stated that he will be able to go into further detail about it later. The decision to leave Bad Wolves was a long time coming, according to Coyle, because of the mental and physical strain of the job. Chris Cain, who was in the band before, is rejoining the group to cover for Coyle.
It has now been revealed that a second member of Bad Wolves has left the group, as bassist Kyle Konkiel said goodbye alongside guitarist Doc Coyle. Konkiel, who had been in the band for the previous eight years, was a founding member, just like Coyle. Konkiel said that his resignation was cordial, but in a brief statement, he implied that other obligations were preventing him from giving the band his whole attention at this moment. Konkiel will be replaced going forward by Kevin “The Creekman” Creekman, according to a statement released by Bad Wolves.
