Behind-the-scenes video from the official music video for Evanescence‘s potent new song “Who Will You Follow” has been made public, as per Blabbermouth. Take a look at it below. The film, which was directed by Jensen Noen, explores the overwhelming effects of technology, disinformation, and digital culture by investigating how constant online noise affects all of us. It does this by combining thought-provoking imagery with an emotionally powerful performance. The song’s lyrics and accompanying video both stress how crucial it is to pursue authenticity in a time when the truth seems to be purposefully and progressively distorted. “Who Will You Follow” became Evanescence’s first-ever No. 1 on Billboard’s Hard Rock Song chart, making it the fastest-moving rock radio single in the band’s history.
