Czech rock and metal festival Rock for People has unveiled another major wave of artists for its 2027 edition, confirming Parkway Drive as the event’s third headliner and Evanescence as special guests.
The festival will return to Park 360 in Hradec Králové, Czechia, from June 2–5, 2027. More than 40 new acts have joined the bill, including The Devil Wears Prada, Beartooth, Kreator, Orbit Culture, Novelists and Carpenter Brut.
Parkway Drive will headline Friday, June 4, joining previously announced headliners blink-182 and Faith No More, who are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday respectively. A fourth headliner has yet to be revealed.
Australian metalcore heavyweights Parkway Drive are set to bring their large-scale live production to the festival’s Friday night, with organizers promising a performance featuring the band’s signature pyrotechnics.
Evanescence, fronted by Amy Lee, will appear as special guests on Thursday, June 3. Their addition marks the band’s return to Rock for People after more than a decade. The latest announcement also strengthens the festival’s heavier lineup with German thrash veterans Kreator, American metalcore acts The Devil Wears Prada and Beartooth, and Swedish metal band Orbit Culture.
Other new additions include Annisokay, Resolve, Showing Teeth, Hawthorne Heights, Hot Mulligan, As December Falls, Sweet Pill and Daughtry. The festival’s broader musical programme will also feature Bastille, Simple Plan, Joost and Carpenter Brut, reflecting its mix of metal, punk, alternative rock and other genres.
The latest additions join a substantial selection of previously announced performers, including Architects, Killswitch Engage, Motionless In White, Napalm Death, Static-X, Wage War, Billy Talent and Sleeping With Sirens.
With more than 60 acts now confirmed, Rock for People is continuing to build one of the larger European alternative music festival lineups for summer 2027. Festival director Luděk Motyčka said the organizers aim to balance established arena-level performers with emerging artists and less conventional musical styles.
The festival has also reported that more than half of its available tickets have already been sold. Both four-day passes and single-day tickets are available through the official Rock for People website. The remaining headliner and further lineup additions are expected to be announced later.
