WREX shares new single “Take A Walk”

UK alt-rockers WREX have shared a nu metal-inspired single, “Take A Walk”. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming EP “This Hell Goes A Long Way Down”.

Engineered and produced by guitarist George Donogue, “Take A Walk” is the third track to be revealed from the EP, which will be released on August 16.

The band comment on the new single: “Take a Walk’ is like going out and getting fucked up, and leaving a voicemail to yourself about all the things you hate about yourself. There is an angel and a devil at play in the lyrics; one voice is the embodiment of all those negative characteristics, and the other is at war with it to save you from becoming that person, and from digging your own grave“.
