Video footage and setlist available of Twisted Sister’s first show with Sebastian Bach on lead vocals
Yesterday, August 28, Twisted Sister, a legendary hard rock band, had their first reunion gig with Sebastian Bach on vocals, as per theprp. The band was billed as “Bent Brother” at the performance, which took place at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ. The redesigned group performed a 17-song set that concluded with two renditions of popular songs from Bach‘s previous band, Skid Row. Dee Snider, the frontman for Twisted Sister, had originally planned to lead the band on this reunion run, but he had to stand down due to arthritis, giving Bach his full blessing. The American heavy metal group Twisted Sister was founded in 1972 in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, and then moved to Long Island, New York. “We’re Not Gonna Take It” and “I Wanna Rock” are two of their most well-known songs, and their music videos are renowned for their slapstick comedy. The band is famous not just for their music but also for their hairstyles, androgynous attire, and makeup, which led to their inclusion in the 1980s hair metal movement.
