The Last Rockstars smashes iTunes charts with the eponymous first single

Japanese superband The Last Rockstars starts with a bang and smashes the iTunes charts all over the world. Ahead of international tours, the ensemble’s first single, “The Last Rockstars – Paris Mix” placed number one on the iTunes Rock Chart and All Genres Chart in Japan. But that is not all! The song entered the top 10 in Finland, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Macau, New Zealand, Norway, and Taiwan.

The supergroup consists of the champions of the Japanese metal and visual kei scene. We have Yoshiki (X-Japan) on drums and piano, Hyde (L’Arc~en~Ciel) on vocal, Sugizo (Luna Sea) and Miyavi (Dué le quartz) on guitars; leader Yoshiki said, regarding the success:
