The 69 Eyes release new EP “Drive” and drop music video for “California”

Author Flavia Andrade - 15.9.2022

The summer may almost be over, but Finland’s leading gothic rockers The 69 Eyes once again let you enjoy a dark summer night in “California” with this last single off their EP “Drive”, digitally available now.

Guitarist Bazie remembers:

“I usually have lots of riffs, but these ones never left my mind and sounded exciting every time I played them. I wanted to have that 1987 hard rock vibe, but with groovy bass and big chorus.”

Singer Jyrki 69 adds:

“These kind of songs come from your mind after missing the sun! That’s like Lynyrd Skynyrd missing the Cali, haha!”
