Serj Tankian unveils a new track “Sonic Expulsions”

Serj Tankian is back with another weekly release: this time the track is titled “Sonic Expulsions“, taken from the upcoming “Covers, Collaborations & Collages”.

Welcome to Week 9 of my ‘Covers, Collaborations & Collages’ song releases. The second to last in the series.

Today, I’m pleased to give you “Sonic Expulsions”.

I wrote this song in New Zealand about a decade ago. It started with acoustic guitar and was built out with beats and different instrumentation. The vocals are a one-take stream of consciousness about love. It’s a lighthearted track and kind of silly in some parts. Enjoy!
