Swiss blackened avant-garde metal band Schammasch have just released their new song with music video titled “They Have Found Their Master“. Check it out below!

The band will launch their new album “The Maldoror Chants: Old Ocean” with this new song on it, on October 25th through Prosthetic. The inspiration for these new songs are drawn from the 1860s French poetic novel “Les Chants de Maldoror” by Comte de Lautréamont.

Schammasch comments on the new single “They Have Found Their Master“:

“They Have Found Their Master” is the looming of a tempest wave closing in, the destructive force of a monolithic wall of water, swallowing everything in its way to culminate in the melodic furiosity of classic 90s black metal towards the end, additionally embellished by Kathrine Shepard’s hauntingly beautiful vocal contribution.”
