Frontman of Falling In Reverse Ronnie Radke has gained notoriety for spending $9 million on a “Modern Barnhouse” in the Hollywood Hills with a view of the Sunset Strip. The Robb Report reports that Wolf Amer of The Agency and Stephen Sweeney of The Beverly Hills Estates listed Radke’s new residence. Known as a “meticulously designed sanctuary,” the property is spread over two levels and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. In addition, it has a private driveway that rises thirty feet above street level, a three-car garage with a guard room, and several upscale features. The house sold on September 9th for $9 million after being advertised in May for $10.995 million.

Definitely not a bad purchase!
