Author Benedetta Baldin - 8.9.2026

Vocalist Piper Ferrari of the screamo band Roman Candle, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, disclosed overnight that she shattered her foot during the band’s live performance in Merksem, Belgium on September 7, as per theprp. Ferrari anticipates carrying on with the remainder of the journey, despite the band having to cancel their scheduled performance today in Nijmegen, NET due to the injury.

Broke my foot during our set last night in Antwerp so unfortunately we won’t make it to our show tonight in Nijmegen at @merleynnijmegen 😢

Thank you @mendville_shows for being such an amazing venue with amazing staff. Despite breaking a bone mid set, we had an incredible time and we are so grateful. Thank you to everyone who showed up for us.

The rest of the shows are still on. If I’m playing with a broken foot YOU ARE DANCING & SINGING ALONG 🫵🏻

We will see you in Stuttgart!

– Piper 🖤
