Rock The Lakes Festival has revealed its full 2027 lineup, with Helloween, Children Of Bodom, Halestorm, HammerFall, Heaven Shall Burn and Saltatio Mortis among the major names heading to Cudrefin, Switzerland. The sixth edition of the festival will take place on August 20–22, 2027, beside Lake Neuchâtel.

According to the organizers, the 2027 event will feature 34 bands in total, including three acts yet to be selected through the festival’s HELLVETIA initiative. The festival welcomed 18,000 visitors in 2026 and is returning with a bill spanning power metal, melodic death metal, metalcore, alternative rock and other heavy styles.

One of the most notable announcements is Children Of Bodom, billed by the organizers for an exclusive Swiss concert after a ten-year absence. The press release does not specify the lineup or format of this appearance, so further details about the performance remain to be confirmed.

Helloween will bring its full 40th-anniversary show, while HammerFall will mark the 30th anniversary of its debut album “Glory To The Brave” in 2027. Heaven Shall Burn will celebrate three decades as a band, and Saltatio Mortis is set to play its first show in French-speaking Switzerland.

Floor Jansen is also on the bill. The festival describes the Nightwish vocalist’s upcoming solo material as a return to her symphonic metal roots. Other announced highlights include Wind Rose, Rise Of The Northstar, Katatonia, Walls Of Jericho, Shadow Of Intent and The Browning.
