Resurrection Fest, what is considered to be as the biggest and most important metal festival in Spain, it’s going to be have a huge gathering this upcoming July. The organisation has made a huge job bringing some of the best bands in the globe. Held at Viveiro (Galicia) this will consist in four days (July 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th) and four stages (Main, Ritual, Chaos and Dessert) full of surprises for every single set. Starting with the main headliners (already splitted by days) being Sabaton in Wednesday, Iron Maiden for Thursday, Limp Bizkit in Friday and Marilyn Manson closing the festival at Saturday. Definitely a great variety of bands are going to get alongside these previously mentioned headliners, such as A Day To Remember, Anthrax, Trivium, Mastodon, Bleed From Within, Cavalera, Testament, Converge, P.O.D., Lionheart or Angelus Apatrida, just for naming some.
We’re already seeing that the last two days of this massive event are being almost sold out, with just a few tickets being left on what appears to be one of the most solid festivals of this 2026 around Europe.
One of the main characteristics of this fest is the variety of genres that are presented every year, with also a National Band contest for those underground bands that want to reach a completely superior level in comparison to what they are used to. The festival offers up to three spots, where the community is the one in charge to decide what band they want to support for reaching the Desert Stage – the smallest one in the complex.
Indeed, not only for the line-up but the whole experience, surrounded by a great and familiar environment with an amazing northern landscape, good Spanish traditional food and multiple ways to travel, are enough than valid reasons why you should purchase your tickets on this festival. Get your tickets before it’s too late!
