Californian rock icons Queens Of The Stone Age have teased their first material in six years on social media and on a billboard in London.

Today (May 9th), the band fronted by Josh Homme offered up 10 seconds of what appears to be a new song, along with a video clip featuring a topless woman with a tambourine in her hand and a serpent on her shoulder as she eyes a burning globe. The caption reads: “The World’s Gonna End.”

Overnight in London, a mysterious billboard appeared that reads ‘Long Live The Queen(s)’ which is timely because of the coronation of King Charles over the weekend. The American band hasn’t released any new stuff since 2017’s “Villains”.
