Primus cancel European leg of tour

Primus has canceled the European leg of its “A Tribute To Kings” tour “due to unavoidable logistical challenges.”

The tour, where the band would pay homage to Rush by covering the entire “A Farewell To Kings” album, was supposed to start in Sweden on September 9, with dates all across Europe, before closing in the U.K., with a final show in Dublin on October 1.

The band released a statement on Jun 27:

“We are very sorry to announce that due to unavoidable logistical challenges, Primus has cancelled the upcoming European tour dates scheduled for the Fall of 2022.

We apologize to our fans who were planning to attend and look forward to performing in Europe again soon. Ticket refunds will be available at the original point of purchase.”
