Post-Metal band Dvne embarks on European tour in May

Edinburgh-based post-metal band Dvne has announced an extensive European tour scheduled to run from May 1st to August 16th, 2025. The tour will support their third studio album, “Voidkind,” which was released on April 19th, 2024, through Metal Blade Records.

The tour kicks off in Glasgow on May 1st and covers numerous cities across the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. Notable stops include appearances at Desertfest Oslo, Rock For People in Hradec Kralove, Alcatraz Festival in Kortrijk, and ArcTanGent Festival in Bristol.

Formed in 2013 by Victor Vicart and Dudley Tait, the band has gained significant momentum since their second album, “Etemen Ænka,” released in 2021. The band’s lineup has expanded to include Maxime Keller on keyboards, enhancing their sonic palette.

“Voidkind” has received critical acclaim, with Metal Hammer UK calling it “a candidate for post-metal album of the decade thus far.” The album continues the band’s narrative, tracing a religious group’s journey across generations, and features artwork by Felix Abel Klaer depicting the album’s central theme.
