“No matter all the negative things I’ve gotten, I get lots of love everyday” – Interview with Anette Olzon about new album “Rapture”, solo career and more

Swedish vocalist Anette Olzon, known worldwide for her work in the bands Nightwish and The Dark Element, will release a new album “Rapture” on May 10th via Frontiers Music. It is her third solo record following “Shine” from 2014 and “Strong” from 2021.

Anette co-produced the album with guitarist Magnus Karlsson (both also worked on the project Allen/Olzon), making symphonic metal that made her career famous internationally.

Promoting the new album, Chaoszine spoke with Olzon in a video call to talk about the difference between her solo albums, working as a nurse, her connection with fans, and much more.
