Melvins 1983 releases new single “King of Rome” from upcoming album

Melvins 1983, the original lineup of the legendary Melvins band, has released a new single “King of Rome” from their upcoming album “Thunderball”. The album will be released on April 18th via Ipecac Recordings and will be the band’s first full-length release in four years.

The band features original members Buzz Osborne and drummer Mike Dillard.

The album contains five tracks and has a running time of 34 minutes. The new single is a follow-up to the first single “Victory of the Pyramids”.

The album was recorded by Toshi Kasai at Sound of Sirens Studios and features cover art by Mackie Osborne. The album will be available on vinyl, CD and digital formats.
