After Reckless Love frontman Olli Herman was confirmed as the new frontman of the Finnish band Popeda on 1 January 2024, things have gone quiet for Reckless Love. Still in January 2024, the band announced a hiatus as well as the departure of drummer Hessu Maxx (real name Heikki Ahonen), who has since ventured into politics, amongst other things. Now, the Finnish merry metallers surprise everyone with a new single, entitled “Master Of Thunder“, which also serves as the theme song for a brand-new character called Ziggy in Supercell’s hit game “Brawl Stars”:
“We had the pleasure of writing the song for Ziggy from Supercell’s Brawl Stars and much like Ziggy, the song is magic. Check it out!!”

While Reckless Love‘s “Master Of Thunder” garnered almost 8 million views on YouTube within a few days, Olli Herman is also thriving with Popeda, touring with the “Finnish Rolling Stones” from Halloween (31 October 2025) onwards.
