Maquina shares new music video for “Desterro”

Krautrock-industrial-EMB Portuguese trio Maquina has unveiled a new music video for “Desterro“. The track is taken from the band’s latest LP “Prata” out via Fuzz Club Records. Watch the Vasco Cavalheiro-directed music clip below.

Maquina’s first full-length album for Fuzz Club, “Prata”, was released earlier this month – a carnal frenzy of high-octane, beat-led hedonism, capturing the visceral energy that their live show is becoming infamous for. Order the album here.

The band states: “Fuelling the energy of nostalgia, ‘desterro’ is a sonic burst capturing the essence of carefree days. Rapid-fire and unapologetic, the song resonate the spirit of a fast-paced EBM anthem. Shouting out the familiar place of the past, it’s a raw homage to the unfiltered intensity of those moments.”

In support of the release, Maquina just finished a European tour with A Place To Bury Strangers and play album release shows in Lisbon this week, followed by more headline shows and festival appearances throughout the summer, including a show at Fuzz Club Festival on May 4th.
