In association with the impending “Lord Of Hatred” expansion pack for the 2023 action role-playing computer game “Diablo IV,” which is scheduled for release on April 28th, Korn has unexpectedly released a new song named “Reward the Scars“, as per theprp. The band claims that this song, which is their first new song in about five years, was composed with the game in mind. On this song, the groundbreaking nu metal group collaborated with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Deftones, Evanescence), with whom they previously collaborated on their 2019 album “The Nothing.” Regarding coupling with a video game, Jonathan Davis, the frontman of Korn, is well-known for being an ardent player, albeit it’s uncertain if he enjoys the popular “Diablo” series.
