Metalcore stars Knocked Loose embarked on their largest tour to date in the spring of 2026, opening for GRAMMY Award-winning French progressive metal band Gojira and thrash metal giants Metallica at several highly sought-after performances around Europe and the UK, as per theprp. Knocked Loose has been recording that run, and they have started a new web series that chronicles it as well as the headlining gigs in Europe and the UK that have accompanied it. With a series titled “Wherever We May Roam: Knocked Loose Summer Tour Diary,” Knocked Loose has appropriately paid homage to Metallica.

Vocalist Bryan Garris, guitarist Isaac Hale, bassist Kevin Otten, and drummer Dylan Isaacs created Knocked Loose in June 2013 under the name Manipulator. With the exception of Isaacs, all of the members had previously performed with Jared Barron on drums in the band Speaker. They changed their name to Knocked Loose after receiving a call from another band called Manipulator shortly after advertising their July 26 debut performance. “Manipulator” was the band’s debut single, which came out in August 2013. The band’s following song, “The Have Nots,” was released on October 24, the same month Little Heart Records announced that they had signed Knocked Loose. October 2014 saw the re-release of both songs as 2013 demos.
